Fertility & Time
The older you get the less fertile you become

Ah, what we all wouldn’t give to be forever young. But you don’t have forever, and neither do your eggs. As women mature, the total count and quality of their eggs declines. This makes it harder to get pregnant as women get older.

Over 35 things get rougher

Most of the time, age is just a number. But in fertility, it’s a bit more than that. A woman’s fertility begins to decline in her early 30s, and takes a big hit once she reaches 40. But remember: nothing is impossible.

But I am super healthy

Kudos for being healthy! But here’s the thing: even if you’re a huge yogi or plant-based marathon runner, mother nature does not discriminate. Becoming pregnant is contingent on a woman’s eggs, mostly. Regardless, keep up that healthy lifestyle!

Understand how your body’s natural process affects the quantity and quality of your eggs.

Knowledge is power. Still have questions? That’s okay--there’s a lot to know. And we’re here to help you get there.
